Go to WhatsApp Features – Open the web and navigate to the WhatsApp Features section.
Click "Add Account" – Locate and select the Add Account button.
Scan the QR Code – A QR code will appear on the screen. Open WhatsApp on your phone and go to:
WhatsApp Web (on Android: Tap the three-dot menu ⋮ → Linked Devices → Link a Device)
Linked Devices (on iPhone: Go to Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device)
Choose the WhatsApp Account – Use the WhatsApp account you want to use for blasting and scan the QR code.
Successful Connection – Once scanned, your account is linked and ready for message blasting.
2. Can I link multiple WhatsApp accounts?
Yes! You can link multiple accounts, but each account must be scanned separately.
3. What if the QR code is not scanning?
Ensure your phone’s camera is working properly.
Refresh the QR code and try again.
Make sure you have an active internet connection.
4. How do I remove a linked WhatsApp account?
Go to WhatsApp Features, select the account, and click Remove Account to unlink it.
5. Is my WhatsApp data secure?

FAQs – Importing Contacts in WhatsApp Features

Follow these steps to import your contacts successfully:
Go to WhatsApp Features – Open your web app and navigate to the WhatsApp Features section.
Scroll Down to the "Contacts" Tab – Find the Contacts section at the bottom.
Add a New Contact Group – Click "Add New Contact Group", enter a name, and submit.
Wait for the List to Appear – After 5 seconds, the new contact group will be displayed.
Click the Yellow Button – Select the yellow button next to the contact group.
Click "Import" – Choose the Import option.
Upload a CSV File – Click "Upload CSV", then select and upload the contact data exported from cherry Export Cloud.
Ensure Your Cherry Version is 3.2.2 or Above – This feature is supported only on Cherry Savior version 3.2.2 and above.
2. What format should my CSV file be in?
Your CSV file should be structured properly, with columns such as:
? Headers: Name, Phone Number, etc.
3. What if my contact list doesn’t appear?
Make sure you have submitted the contact group name correctly.
Wait at least 5 seconds after submission.
Refresh the page if the list does not load.
4. Why is my import failing?
Check if your CSV file is formatted correctly.
Ensure your Cherry Savior version is 3.2.2 or above.
Verify that you have a stable internet connection.
5. Can I import multiple contact groups?
Yes! You can create multiple contact groups and import different CSV files for each group.

FAQs – Bulk Messaging in WhatsApp Features
Follow these steps to set up and send bulk messages:
Go to WhatsApp Features – Open your web app and navigate to the WhatsApp Features section.
Go to Bulk Messaging – Find and click on the Bulk Messaging option.
Select a Linked Profile – Choose the WhatsApp profile you have linked for sending messages.
Set a Campaign Name – Enter a name for your bulk messaging campaign.
Select a Contact Group – Choose the contact group you previously created.
Enter Your Message in the Caption Section – Write the message you want to send.
Use variables to personalize messages, similar to Cherry, but with % symbols.
Example: %saleid%, %name%, %os.total%
Set Posting Time – Click Time Post, then select Now to send immediately.
Set Delay Time – Configure the minimum and maximum delay seconds between messages.
Start the Campaign – Click the blue "Schedule" button at the bottom to launch your bulk messaging campaign.
2. Can I send messages at a scheduled time instead of now?
Yes! Instead of clicking Now, you can choose a specific time for the messages to be sent.
3. What happens if my bulk messaging fails?
Ensure your WhatsApp profile is properly linked.
Check that your contact group is selected.
Make sure your message uses valid variables.
Verify that you have a stable internet connection.
